Aberdeen Corporate Services Limited is seeking a People MI, Data & Insights Consultant to transform workforce data into commercially relevant insight that supports performance and strategic decision-making. You will identify trends, risks and opportunities and translate complex information into clear recommendations for leaders.

Emphasis on automation, self-service reporting, dashboards and AI-enabled insight with a blended working approach.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful business insight.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to connect workforce information with organisational performance and value.
• Experience producing management information, dashboards or analytical products in a business environment.
• Excellent data visualization, storytelling and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop workforce insight that connects people trends with business priorities, performance, risk and value.
• Build and enhance reporting, dashboards and analytical products that support evidence-based decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and increase capacity for higher-value insight activities.
• Analyse workforce data to identify trends, leading indicators, risks and opportunities across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with stakeholders to define business questions, challenge assumptions and recommend suitable actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in data quality, governance, analytical capability and AI-enabled insight generation.
