Job summary

RS Group is hiring for a remote UK-based People Analytics role on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will shape the analytics roadmap, translate challenges into programmes, and deliver high-impact insights. You will drive adoption of Visier, SuccessFactors Story Reports, and Power BI, while building dashboards and supporting workforce planning.

You will partner across People, Finance and Technology to promote data-driven decisions and help grow data literacy across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in people/HR analytics projects.
• Ability to translate business challenges into analytics programmes.
• Experience with large and complex HR datasets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
