Without a central HR system and with data spread across siloed systems, our People team has faced challenges in providing robust reporting, insightful analysis, and actionable insights. This is where we need you!
We’re bringing this capability in-house, and you will lead the development of a comprehensive data analytics solution within the People team.
Our working arrangements are hybrid, and you can be based from anywhere in the UK. Some travel will be necessary.
You’ll be at the forefront of creating a solution that empowers data-driven decision-making, drives performance, and enhances workplace culture.
We offer hybrid working for this position, meaning you’ll mainly work from home. However, your contractual base will be the closest office to you—Hemel Hempstead or Leeds—and you may need to visit the office occasionally for team meetings.
