HR Advisor
to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Haydock.This is a fantastic opportunity to provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees across multiple business areas, while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working and a collaborative, forward-thinking culture.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide expert advice on employee relations (ER) issues to managers and senior leadership.
Support strategic HR initiatives including restructures, organisational change, mergers and acquisitions.
Design and deliver HR training, lead key projects, and help shape HR policy.
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, coaching leaders across the business.
Partner with HR Business Partner on strategy, MI reporting, and deputising where needed.
Promote and uphold best practice in employment law, HR policy and people development.
Be a trusted HR expert in areas such as flexible working, diversity, and employee wellbeing.
What We’re Looking For:
CIPD qualified
(or equivalent) with broad generalist HR experience.Proven background in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
Confident influencing senior stakeholders and coaching managers at all levels.
Strong knowledge of employment law, TUPE, change programmes and employee lifecycle.
Able to balance multiple priorities with autonomy and professionalism.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project delivery skills.
