Title: People Consultant

Location: Chelmsford (Hybrid - typically 1-2 days/week in office)

Duration: Fixed-Term (12 Months) | Full-Time (Part-Time Considered)

Salary: £49,050 - £57,706 per annum

You'll work across directorates to deliver organisational change projects, lead on complex casework, and coach senior leaders through transformation, TUPE, and employee relations matters.
