Oasis Community Learning is seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst to join their People & Culture team in London. This pivotal role involves developing HR metrics, improving processes, and providing data insights that drive excellence in People Operations. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, experience with HR data, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

It’s an exciting time at Oasis Community Learning, especially in the People & Culture team. There has been significant investment in expanding the team to ensure we’re equipped to provide the very best service to all of our academies and National colleagues.
We’re looking for an experienced HR Data Analyst who will develop and deliver comprehensive HR MI to support projects and initiatives in the People Services and wider People Team, providing effective data and insights to drive excellence in People Operations and project delivery. You’ll be joining us at a pivotal time as our new HR structure and ways of working are rolled out nationally, providing a real opportunity to make a difference to all colleagues, and by extension students, in our academies.
