Lendable is seeking an experienced People Advisor in a hybrid role to own probation and absence management while advising managers and leaders on employee lifecycle matters. You will scale our People function as we expand internationally, balancing hands-on support with strategic projects and AI-enabled process improvements.

Reporting to the Senior People Partner, you will handle family leave, flexible working requests, and tier-2 support, ensuring a consistent, high-quality employee experience

Competenze

• 3-5 years experience in HR advisory.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and lifecycle, including ER cases.
• Advisory experience with managers and senior stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and business-minded thinking.
• Autonomy with ability to plan and prioritise varied work.
• Curiosity about AI to improve People processes.

Mansioni

• Own probation and absence management and support performance management.
• Lead on family leave and flexible working requests.
• Act as tier-2 support for issues beyond the self-serve bot.
• Identify where AI/automation could improve processes.
• Partner with the People Partnering team on strategic initiatives.
• Provide practical, commercially minded advice to managers.
