Job summary

Platinum Search is looking for an experienced Senior People Advisor to join a prestigious global luxury brand. The role is varied and hands-on, partnering with managers and employees across the business, with a strong focus on supporting retail store managers and key head office stakeholders.

You will provide trusted day-to-day advice across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance, absence, recruitment, onboarding and people policies, while also helping drive talent,

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Advisor or similar first-line HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and UK employment legislation.
• Experience within retail, luxury or another customer-focused environment is desirable.
