This is a genuine strategic partnering role, working closely with senior leaders and managers to deliver high-quality operational and strategic people support across the full employee lifecycle.

You will shape culture, drive performance and ensure people practices are compliant, consistent, and aligned with commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and managers to align people strategies with business and commercial goals
• Lead employee relations cases, providing pragmatic, legally compliant, and coaching-led advice
• Develop and deliver departmental people plans, including talent mapping and succession planning
• Manage and develop a People Assistant while overseeing core people processes
• Collaborate with Talent, Learning & Development, and wider business teams on recruitment, development, engagement, and workforce planning
• Lead key people initiatives, including compensation cycles, engagement surveys, and people analytics
