Omnicom Media is seeking a proactive People Advisor to provide clear, practical guidance across the employee lifecycle from London. You will work with managers and colleagues in the wider People Team to deliver fair policies and timely processes.

The role emphasizes advisory capabilities, relationship-building and handling confidential matters with discretion, while aligning with agency priorities and People initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a People Advisor, HR Advisor or similar role.
• Good understanding of UK employment law and HR processes.
• Confidence giving first-line advice to managers and staff.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters appropriately.
• Relationship-building and collaborative working skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line people advice and guidance to managers and employees.
• Support employee relations matters and escalate complex cases.
• Ensure policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently.
• Assist with absence, probation, performance and flexible working processes.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities with accurate documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and internal mobility.
• Contribute to group-wide People programmes and priorities.
