Omnicom Media is a global media network designed for growth, bringing together specialist talent, technology and capabilities to help some of the world’s leading brands succeed. Globally, we have more than 40,000 people working across over 70 markets and 150 cities.
In the UK, our network includes multiple agencies and specialist services, creating a broad range of opportunities for our people across London, Manchester and Newcastle. We are committed to building an inclusive environment where different perspectives are valued, people can be themselves and everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
We’re looking for a People Advisor to join our team and help deliver a positive and consistent employee experience across the organisation.
Working closely with managers, employees and colleagues across the wider People Team, you’ll provide practical advice and support throughout the employee lifecycle. You’ll help ensure that our people processes, policies and initiatives are delivered fairly, consistently and effectively.
This is a varied, hands-on role with the opportunity to build strong relationships across the business, develop your advisory experience and contribute to wider People initiatives across our agencies.
You’ll enjoy working with people and providing clear, practical support to managers and employees. You’ll be comfortable building relationships, managing competing priorities and taking ownership of your work.
You’ll combine good judgement and attention to detail with a collaborative approach. You’ll know when to resolve something independently and when an issue needs to be escalated, always handling sensitive matters with appropriate care and confidentiality.
At Omnicom Media, careers are built around community, impact and opportunity. You’ll join a connected People Team, work with colleagues and managers across a diverse agency network and gain experience across a broad range of people matters.
This is an opportunity to develop your advisory experience while contributing to a positive employee experience and helping our businesses deliver their people priorities.
If you’re a practical and collaborative People Advisor who enjoys supporting others, building relationships and making things work effectively, we’d love to hear from you.
Omnicom Media is committed to providing an inclusive environment where people can bring their true selves to work, different voices are valued and everyone can thrive in a culture of equality, inclusion and fairness. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and value the talent, expertise, experience and perspective each person brings.
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
Omnicom is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent. We agree that talent is uniquely distributed, and we’re focused on developing inclusive teams that can bring the best solutions to everything we do. We strongly believe that celebrating what makes us different makes us better together. Join us—we look forward to getting to know you.
