Job summary

Hireful Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a People Advisor on a 2 Year contract. The role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, primarily based in St Helens with travel to Liverpool and Warrington.

The successful candidate will manage employee relations, attendance, recruitment support, and data integrity while partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver People Strategy initiatives.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or practical equivalent.
• Experience in a People/HR Advisory role handling employee relations.
• Experience guiding managers through performance, absence and conduct processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage ER cases with guidance on legislation and best practice.
• Lead attendance management and support performance development plans.
• Support recruitment, retention, apprenticeships and talent development.
• Contribute to People Strategy delivery and transformation projects.
• Collaborate with trade unions and leadership teams.
• Maintain accurate HR data and ensure safeguarding, health & safety, equality standards.
