Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is partnering with a respected charity to recruit a People Advisor. The role supports managers and employees across HR matters, operating a four-day week and contributing to a positive employee experience.

You will provide practical, professional HR advice, helping managers navigate employee relations issues, develop their teams and implement wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or People Advisor role.
• Strong employee relations case management experience.
• Up-to-date employment law knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A practical, solution-focused approach.
• The confidence to challenge and influence when required.

Responsibilities

• Advising managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives.
• Providing guidance on employment policies, procedures and best practice.
• Assisting with organisational change and people projects.
• Supporting wellbeing, engagement and inclusion initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate people records, reporting and compliance activities.
• Coaching managers to build confidence and capability in managing their teams.
