Job summary

Nichols is hiring a People Advisor to join our team and keep our people experience running as smoothly as our drinks do. You’ll deliver a proactive, people-focused HR service across the business, supporting the People Operations team and managers with ER issues, policy guidance, and project initiatives.

We’re looking for someone who can coach managers, apply employment laws consistently, and manage multiple HR initiatives with a practical, can-do approach.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing complex Employee Relations casework.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice.
• Experience coaching and influencing managers on people matters.
• Strong stakeholder management and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to plan, scope and manage HR initiatives.
