Job summary

Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic People (HR) Advisor to join our busy Operational People (HR) Team at Northumbria House, Cobalt Business Park. The role provides first-line advice to line managers and employees across a wide range of employee relations matters, with a focus on delivering a high-quality HR service across the Trust.

The post involves travel to other sites within the Trust, and blended/flexible working is supported.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fantastic team of People (HR) professionals based at Northumbria House, Cobalt Business Park in an People (HR) Advisor role. We are seeking a motivated and conscientious individual to work within our fast-paced Operational People (HR) Team.
This role is pivotal in supporting the provision of a high-quality People (HR) service that is focussed on supporting staff across the organisation to achieve outcomes in line with the vision and values of the Trust.
The posts will be based at Northumbria House, Cobalt Business Park, however the post holder will be required to work at other sites within the Trust on a regular basis. Ability to meet these travel requirement is therefore essential. Blended/flexible working is supported by the Trust.
