Job summary

Onecom Ltd. is seeking a People Advisor to partner with managers across the business, handling a diverse ER caseload and providing practical, commercially aware guidance across the employee lifecycle.

You will coach managers on absence, performance, discipline and organisational change, aiming to enhance the employee experience and support the People Plan. This role requires judgement, empathy and the ability to balance policy with business needs, helping managers make informed decisions and

Qualifications

• ER casework experience across absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance and change
• Ability to coach managers with clear, pragmatic advice balancing risk and business needs
• Strong interpretive ability for people policies and processes
• Experience supporting organisational change programmes (restructures, TUPE) would be a plus
• Experience partnering with HR and People Operations teams to enhance employee experience

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a varied ER caseload advising on absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance and change
• Be a trusted partner to managers with commercially balanced guidance and risk awareness
• Coach managers through conversations, documentation and decision-making
• Develop practical guidance, training and communications to simplify people processes
• Provide advice across onboarding, probation, flexible working and leavers
