Home-based with travel to Leeds, Manchester, and Leicester

About the Role

Join a market-leading specialist as a People Advisor, playing a pivotal role within the People Team. You will deliver best-in-class support to the business, providing high-quality operational HR support, advice, and guidance. This includes coaching line managers on policy and legislation interpretation and assisting with a variety of generalist HR tasks aimed at supporting the company's goals.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be CIPD Level 3 or working towards Level 5. The role suits someone who can work at pace, with initiative and drive.
