What will you be doing?
You will join the People Operations team, supporting our people plan and providing knowledge and advice on complex people queries for managers across our family of businesses. You will operate with the customer in mind and become a trusted partner by offering positive and helpful support.
You will coach managers to promote the wellbeing of their teams, which will be invaluable, and provide people project support in areas such as acquisitions and divestments. You will also play a key role in shaping our People policies.
Using your keen eye for detail, you will analyze data to identify people themes and trends, and provide recommendations for change.
How will I know if I am right for this role?
You should enjoy working within a people team, supporting each other, and providing excellent customer service while seeking feedback. You will be curious and confident in supporting managers on a wide range of people matters. Your approach to data analysis and solutions will help improve our attrition and absence rates.
