Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced People Advisor to provide exceptional support and help to deliver a people-centric service to colleagues across the organisation.

Working within the People & Culture Team, you will support the People Business Partners by providing professional, customer-focused, and pragmatic generalist people advice and guidance to colleagues, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. You will proactively and reactively advise and coach managers/supervisors on Employee Relations matters, encouraging ownership while remaining supportive and approachable. With a passion for HR, you will support policy reviews and ensure continuous improvement of the service, maintaining industry knowledge to adapt to new changes.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience working in a people department is essential.
• Good knowledge of HR Best Practice and Employment Law.
• Ability to create a positive, polite, and credible impression on others, remaining calm in challenging situations.
• Confident approach, inspiring others by treating all individuals fairly and consistently.
• Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time and tasks effectively.
