Job summary

SF Partners is seeking a People Advisor for a busy food manufacturing site in Leicester. This on-site role supports managers and colleagues across a 24/7 operation, handling absence, performance, disciplinary and wellbeing matters while enabling recruitment and onboarding.

You’ll work with operational managers to boost engagement, use people data to drive action, and contribute to site process improvements with a proactive, practical approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in a People Advisor,HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role.
• Strong employee relations experience and the confidence to guide managers through cases
• A background in food manufacturing,FMCG or another fast-paced production environment
• CIPD Level 3 or above
• A practical,approachable style and the ability to manage competing priorities

Monday to Friday,8:30am-5:00pm

SF Partners are recruiting a People Advisor for a busy food manufacturing site in Leicester. This is a hands-on role supporting managers and colleagues across a 24/7 operation. You'll need to be comfortable with a varied workload,confident handling employee relations matters and able to build good relationships with operational teams.
