Mach Recruitment Ltd is seeking an HR Advisor to join a busy manufacturing site in Leicester. You will provide generalist HR and Employee Relations support, help drive engagement, and support the employee lifecycle across the site and broader HR team.

The role requires experience in fast-paced environments, CIPD qualification or progress, and strong IT skills. You will collaborate with management and labour providers to deliver KPIs and drive improvements in HR administration and employee

Formación

• Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor or generalist HR role within a fast-paced environment, ideally manufacturing, FMCG or a similar operational setting.
• CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience dealing with a range of Employee Relations matters.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to build strong working relationships with managers, colleagues and external partners.

• Contributing to wider HR projects and initiatives as required.

The Opportunity

Our FMCG client is looking to appoint a HR Advisor to join their busy manufacturing site in Leicester.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a fast-paced and growing business, providing a broad range of generalist HR and Employee Relations support to site management and the wider HR team.

You’ll play an important role in supporting the employee lifecycle, driving engagement and helping to build a positive and high-performing site culture.

The Role

As HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Working in partnership with labour providers to review and drive performance against key KPIs.
• Supporting the onboarding of new colleagues and ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Managing and monitoring absence, including supporting managers with absence meetings and processes.

The Candidate

We’re looking for an HR professional who can demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor or generalist HR role within a fast-paced environment, ideally manufacturing, FMCG or a similar operational setting.
• CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience dealing with a range of Employee Relations matters.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to build strong working relationships with managers, colleagues and external partners.
• A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to take on new tasks and projects.
• The ability to work effectively as part of both an HR team and wider onsite management team.
