Job summary

Loom Talent Limited are partnering exclusively to recruit a HR Advisor to join a busy manufacturing site of around 900 employees in North Leicestershire. This is a permanent, on-site role reporting to the HR Business Partner.

You'll provide practical HR guidance to managers, handle employee relations on the shop floor, support the full employee lifecycle, and contribute to people projects with the HR team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role with a focus on employee relations ideally within a blue-collar environment.
• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
• Confident building relationships with key stakeholders, getting out on the shop floor and partnering closely to understand the best way to work with them.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and guidance to managers, coaching them on best practise and ensuring they act in line with HR policies and procedures.
• Provide day-to-day support across the full employee lifecycle, contributing to People projects and initiatives.
• Management of the HR inbox answering first line queries.
• Work closely with the wider HR team to support activities including recruitment, learning and development and HR system data input.
• Manage and support on employee relations casework, working closely with key stakeholders and escalating to the HR BP where necessary.

Loom Talent are partnering exclusively to recruit for a HR Advisor to join a busy team in the manufacturing industry supporting a site of c900employees. They are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis reporting in to the HR Business Partner.
