We are seeking an experienced People Advisor to support the organisation with complex employee relations matters, change management, restructures, and stakeholder engagement. The role involves offering expert advice, influencing leaders, and guiding managers through sensitive challenges with professionalism and clarity.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the People Partner with employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, change management, restructures, and performance management.
- Advise line managers on employment law and HR policies, maintaining confidentiality and effective communication.
- Manage casework related to employee relations, including disciplinary hearings, grievances, and change consultations.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with managers and colleagues.
- Review and update legislation, policies, and best practices.
- Design and deliver development workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with Data Protection Act.
- Regularly meet with the People Partner to discuss concerns and seek guidance.
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of employment law and guidance for managers
- Presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience in producing and reviewing HR policies
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or higher
- Ability to analyze situations and respond appropriately
- Effective communication at all levels
- Sensitivity to cultural diversity
- Excellent interpersonal skills including listening and empathy
- Customer-focused attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in building relationships within teams and community
- High level of commitment and enthusiasm
- Understanding of the roles of other professionals and partnership principles
- Valid driving license and ability to travel
