Responsibilities include:
- Maintain accurate records on our people systems.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, including enrolments, updates, and liaising with external providers.
- Assist with monthly payroll preparations.
- Contribute to other ad hoc People team projects as they arise.
- Support engagement initiatives such as ordering employee gifts, helping to organise in-person gatherings, and ensuring a thoughtful and inclusive employee experience.
Qualifications and skills:
- Be resourceful and proactive with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality.
