Job description

THE COMPANY

Responsibilities include:

  1. Maintain accurate records on our people systems.
  2. Support the administration of employee benefits, including enrolments, updates, and liaising with external providers.
  3. Assist with monthly payroll preparations.
  4. Contribute to other ad hoc People team projects as they arise.
  5. Support engagement initiatives such as ordering employee gifts, helping to organise in-person gatherings, and ensuring a thoughtful and inclusive employee experience.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Be resourceful and proactive with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality.
