Job summary

Hood Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced People Adviser to join the People Team on a maternity cover for up to 12 months. You will partner with managers and employees to deliver high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle.

In this role you will handle Employee Relations case management, HR administration, policy compliance, onboarding, payroll support, and HR projects, contributing to a positive, compliant, and people-focused culture at Hood Group.

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills.
• Previous experience in HR and understanding of employment law.
• Experience in ER case management and improving HR metrics - beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• A collaborative team player as well as able to work alone.
• Able to deal with change effectively.
• Able to demonstrate empathy and apply policy.
