Are you an expert at reviewing and optimising shared services HR Benefits and Pension Admin for a large employee group? Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Administration and Benefits Manager to join their dynamic team! This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a vibrant HR shared services department while ensuring compliance with employment laws and enhancing employee benefits.
Role: Interim HR Administration and Benefits Manager
Duration: 3 to 6 months, potentially to be extended
Salary: up to £65, (£-£ per day, potentially negotiable depending on experience!)
Location: Croydon (2-3 days per week in the office)
