The role – Repairs Manager
AsRepairs Manageryouwill be managing the property maintenance team, including responsive repairs, voids and complex repairs cases and ensure that these repairs are carried out in a safe manner for both our residents and colleagues. You will be working in our property maintenance team alongside the Disrepair Manager and, the Damp and Mould Manager and will report to the Head of Property Maintenance.
