Job summary

Just Group plc in London or Reigate is seeking a Transition Manager to plan and manage scheme transitions from negotiations through to data cleanse and handover. You will ensure timely delivery, validate data, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across trustees and clients.

The role focuses on de-risking transactions, supporting consultants and trustees, and coordinating with the DB Operations and Implementation teams to ensure seamless handover and ongoing client support.

Qualifications

• DB pensions or de-risking experience is required.
• Proven relationship and/or project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with data validation ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead smooth transition and implementation of schemes that transact with us.
• Coordinate multiple transitions with clear responsibilities and timelines.
• Provide strong stakeholder management with internal and external partners.
• Analyze and collate accurate, validated data for schemes.
• Engage with clients and trustees, attending meetings as needed.
• Support the Implementation team during data handover and testing.
• Communicate progress, issues and next steps to stakeholders.
