Job summary

XPS Group is seeking an analyst to support the installation and automation of pension administration systems, including DB/DC/Hybrid schemes. You will analyse data, prepare calculation specifications, and test automation while coordinating with client teams and third parties.

The role emphasizes accuracy, stakeholder collaboration, and scalable solutions. Based in the UK, the team operates within Implementation Services (IST) to deliver transition activities and ongoing support for multiple

Qualifications

Proven experience in a pensions administration environment.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Experience with administration systems and third-party IT suppliers.
Ability to manage stakeholders and documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

Attend project meetings and contribute to technical design and outcomes.
Setup and maintain technical documents for data mapping and automation testing.
Perform data analysis, create calculation specifications and test packs.
Execute regression and user acceptance testing and manage delivery schedules.
Support existing client work, including new calculation automation and amendments.
Collaborate with administration teams, clients, and third parties to drive improvements.
