Sanderson Recruitment Plc in Chesterfield is seeking a Technical Pensions Analyst for a hybrid role. You will provide technical support for pension projects, perform data analysis and complex member casework, and work with the Legal team to ensure compliance with Scheme rules.

The role requires pension experience with defined benefit focus, strong Excel/data handling skills, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Formación

• Pensions experience with defined benefit focus.
• Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate complex pension and data information clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for bulk project work and data analysis.
• Carry out calculations, validate data, and support complex cases.
• Support pension admin system amendments to calculations and data tables.
• Develop and maintain calculation tools for testing and non-system calculations.
• Monitor and enhance operational and system controls to reduce risk.
• Work with the Legal team to interpret regulatory developments and ensure compliance.
• Develop specialist knowledge of processes and procedures to provide expert support.
• Adhere to Data Protection, Health and Safety, and Quality processes.
• Support coaching and development of Technical Analysts.
• Perform other duties as required.
