EQ Retirement Solutions, a division of Equiniti, seeks a Pensions Project Analyst to support the Pensions Project Team Manager and Projects Operations Manager in delivering pension projects on time, within budget and to a high standard.

You will work across business and IT, manage data and documentation for complex pension calculations, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining strong customer service and collaborative relationships across teams.

Qualifications

• Detailed Pensions knowledge covering Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution with understanding of pensions legislation, calculations and scheme rules.
• Experience of working in a project team, or on projects within a Pensions Administration Team; hybrid across business and IT.
• Ability to assess and understand business requirements, issues and drivers which impact the project and its delivery.
• Computer literacy with a willingness to learn a variety of systems; strong knowledge of MS Office including Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Problem solving skills to diagnose issues and develop solutions; strong numeracy and literacy.
• Flexible approach to changing environments and ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and commitment to team objectives.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to build productive working relationships.

Responsabilités

• Delivering projects in line with objectives, costs and quality to time.
• Providing recommendations and managing implementation of solutions.
• Identifying and implementing service and system improvements and efficiencies.
• Providing project support and coordination.
• Collating and analysing data to deliver solutions for administration teams within timelines.
• Managing documentation for complex pension calculations as part of project deliverables.
• Coordinating third party documentation to complete deliverables.
• Working closely with other operations teams to ensure delivery meets requirements.
