Job summary

ARCC CONSULTING LIMITED is seeking a Pensions Analyst to join their established pensions business. You will gather and document requirements for projects, systems developments and client implementations, working closely with project managers and system developers to deliver high‑standard solutions.

You will analyse data, ensure data integrity, provide clear reporting to clients and contribute to project scoping, estimating effort and costs.

Qualifications

• Strong technical database knowledge and experience in database administration.
• Background in pensions administration or familiarity with defined contribution schemes is beneficial.
• Strong numeracy, communication and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience in implementations, data analysis or business analysis is considered a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document project and client requirements for delivery, systems development and implementation.
• Analyse data accurately to ensure data integrity.
• Provide clear and concise reporting of data analysis to clients.
• Contribute to project scoping, estimating effort and costs accurately.
• Complete client project work in line with proposal documents, meeting target dates and revenue objectives, and flag potential risks.
• Provide input for implementation project scoping and tender responses.
• Advise on system processes around data migration, calculation set‑up, image load and payroll reconciliation.
