Equiniti is seeking a Pensions Project Analyst to support the Pensions Project Team Manager and Projects Operations Manager. You will contribute to multiple pension projects, ensuring deliverables align with budget, time, and quality, while collaborating across business and IT teams.

The role emphasizes detailed pensions knowledge (Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution), data analysis, and efficient documentation.

Qualificações

• Detailed knowledge of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pensions, plus related legislation and scheme rules.
• Experience working in a project team; hybrid across business and IT.
• Ability to assess and translate business requirements into project deliverables.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills; able to work to tight timelines.
• Flexible and proactive, with a can-do attitude and focus on customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver projects in line with business objectives and CSFs, on time, within cost and quality constraints.
• Provide recommendations and manage implementation of solutions.
• Identify and implement service and system improvements and efficiencies.
• Provide project support and coordination.
• Collate/analyze data to deliver administration solutions within deadlines.
• Prepare documentation for complex pension/calculation tasks within projects.
• Coordinate third-party documentation to complete deliverables.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure alignment with needs.
