Zusammenfassung

EQ Retirement Solutions is seeking a Pensions Administrator to join the operations department. You will provide administration services to customers under the Service Level Agreement and support day-to-day client queries relating to pension administration.

Ideal candidates will have strong administration skills, numeracy and literacy, and experience in financial/pensions environments. The role involves handling confidential information and supporting process improvements within a busy team.

Qualifikationen

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills used in everyday tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication required.
• Ability to build working relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to follow defined processes and procedures.
• Basic understanding of financial awareness relevant to pensions.
• Experience in financial/pensions environment is desirable.
• Ability to work to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and timely, accurate results.
• Proficiency with computers and learning new systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide administration service to customers as per Service Level Agreement.
• Maintain up-to-date filing and records for the department and check data integrity.
• Process a wide range of routine and non-routine documents per procedures.
• Resolve customer enquiries using knowledge of customer requirements.
• Draft non-standard correspondence in response to inquiries.
• Input customer details and access customer information.
• Collect and analyse data to produce routine reports and updates to records.
• Identify and implement process improvements to improve throughput and service.
• Carry out projects and ad-hoc activities as directed by the Team Manager.
