You will maintain records, ensure accurate benefits, and deliver high-quality service to staff and schools. Experience with pension schemes, data handling, and customer-facing duties will help you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in pension administration or payroll support.
• Ability to use Excel and Word to maintain records and data.
• Strong customer focus and clear, empathetic communication.

Responsibilities

• Process pension scheme events and maintain member records.
• Support cyclical pension administration activities and statutory exercises.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations and internal procedures.
• Assist with pension administration queries and data submissions.
• Support pension projects and regulatory remedy programmes.
