A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Pensions Manager to lead their in-house Pensions function. This hybrid role requires extensive experience in DB and DC pension management, as well as a strong grasp of Trustee Secretarial responsibilities. You will collaborate with trustees and company stakeholders, develop governance frameworks, and enhance the pensions communication strategy. Qualifications

• Extensive experience in DB and DC pension funds, either in consultancy or in-house.
• Up-to-date Pensions technical knowledge and experience with Trustee Secretarial responsibilities.
• Excellent relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.

• Work closely with the trustees and company, support development and delivery of Pensions strategy for their large DB and DC plans
• As Secretary to the Trustee, drive forward a robust governance framework, with a keen focus on developing legislative requirements
• Drive pensions communications strategy, work closely with third party administration in ongoing development of member experience
• Support and develop more junior staff

Qualifications

• You will have gained extensive experience in DB and DC pension fund management either in consultancy or in‑house
• With up‑to‑date Pensions technical knowledge, you will be skilled in delivering Trustee Secretarial responsibilities
• Draw on excellent relationship management skills liaising across the business and with external advisors and third party administrators
