Job summary

The Ips Group in Manchester is seeking a Pensions Associate to support governance of occupational pension schemes, including DB and DC, Master Trust and PPF arrangements. You will work with trustees, advisers and stakeholders to deliver governance activities, compliance tasks and projects.

Key duties include governance of schemes, trustee meeting coordination, regulatory reporting and data management, with a flexible hybrid working pattern and opportunities to pursue professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience with DB and/or DC pension schemes.
• Governance and regulatory awareness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong project management experience.
• PPF knowledge desirable.
• Pensions qualification pursued is advantageous.
