Job summary

Isio is seeking a Senior Pension Administrator to deliver high-quality administration for Defined Benefit schemes across multiple client portfolios. The role supports member queries, complex calculations, and ensuring compliance with scheme rules and SLAs.

You will work in a hybrid model across several UK offices, mentoring peers and contributing to ad hoc projects while staying updated on regulatory changes. A PMI qualification is desirable but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Pensions Administrator with Defined Benefit schemes.
• Ability to perform complex pension calculations and peer-review others' work.
• Knowledge of DB scheme types and governing legislation.
• Excellent communication with clients and members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service to Defined Benefit clients and their members.
• Process scheme activities in line with rules and SLAs.
• Perform complex pension calculations and data entry.
• Communicate with clients and attend trustee meetings when needed.
• Mentor junior team members and support ad hoc projects.
• Collaborate with risk and compliance to handle issues timely.
