Job summary

DHL Group is seeking a Pensions Governance Executive to support the governance and operational management of the UK Pension Plan. You will collaborate with the Trustee Board, Pensions Operations Committee, advisers and internal teams in a hybrid environment.

With 4+ years in pensions governance, you will drive governance improvement, coordinate meetings, maintain documentation and manage risk, compliance and regulatory responsibilities across the pension programme.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant pensions experience/qualification.
• 4+ years of experience in pensions governance or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UK occupational pensions governance, legislation, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality governance support to the Trustee Board and Pensions Operations Committee (POC).
• Coordinate committee activities, including meeting agendas, papers, minutes, actions, and governance records.
• Maintain key governance documentation, including policies, registers, terms of reference, and business plans.
• Support risk management activities, compliance requirements, and governance improvement initiatives.
• Manage and monitor governance projects, ensuring milestones and actions are delivered effectively.
• Coordinate processes such as Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure (IDRP) cases and data breach management.
• Work closely with pension advisers, administrators, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Support Trustee communications, regulatory disclosures, and continuous improvement initiatives across pension governance processes.
