Job summary

PwC UK’s Data, Benefits and Operations (DBO) team supports trustee and corporate clients by providing outsourced pensions data and benefit services, helping schemes prepare for risk settlement or ongoing management.

As part of PwC's wider pensions network, the team delivers specialist expertise across data reviews, cleansing, GMP rectification and equalisation, benefit projects and AI-enabled solutions, with senior managers leading complex engagements and guiding delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Pensions consultant with substantial data and benefits experience.
• PMI or Actuarial Qualification (or equivalent) with large-scale project experience.
• Advanced Excel modelling; familiarity with analytical tools is advantageous.
• Strong client and stakeholder management and reporting skills.
• Proven ability to generate proposals and win business.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engagements and manage client relationships.
• Oversee delivery teams and support business growth and quality.
• Provide governance, risk management and analytical insights.
• Develop proposals and pitches with network of contacts.

PwC's Data, Benefits and Operations (DBO) team supports trustee and corporate clients by providing outsourced pensions data and benefit services, helping schemes prepare for risk settlement or ongoing management.

About The Role

PwC's Data, Benefits and Operations (DBO) team supports trustee and corporate clients by providing outsourced pensions data and benefit services, helping schemes prepare for risk settlement or ongoing management. As part of PwC's wider pensions network, the team delivers specialist expertise across data reviews, cleansing, GMP rectification and equalisation, benefit projects, AI-enabled solutions, operational change, governance and risk management. Senior Managers lead complex engagements, manage client relationships, oversee delivery teams, and support business growth and quality

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Significant pensions knowledge and experience in large-scale projects
• Advanced Excel modelling; familiarity with additional analytical tools/software advantageous.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills, with strong analytical abilities and excellent presentation and report writing skills.
• Proven business development capability, with a network of contacts and success in delivering proposals and pitches.
• High standards of technical accuracy, governance, and delivery under pressure.
