Gallagher Benefit Services in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Client Change Team Leader to oversee the delivery and day-to-day operations of a portfolio of pension projects and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will lead and develop a team, manage scoping, cost and resourcing, perform pension calculations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Seasoned pensions professional with team leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and prioritisation to hit deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage and inspire a team, coaching individuals to reach their full potential.
• Oversee the scoping, costing and resourcing of projects and events.
• Perform pension calculations, including retirements, leavers, deaths, and pension increases.
• Run MKEY reports and data mining to locate critical information.
• Ensure GMP/GMPE compliance and regulatory obligations.
• Review Scheme Booklets, Trust Deeds, Rules, and Actuarial instructions.
• Take accountability as Project Owner for a portfolio of projects/events.
• Drive process improvements and support senior staff with implementation.
• Depise for the Senior Operations Manager when required.
