Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services, UK, seeks a Pensions Consultant to join our expert team in Basingstoke, Peterborough, or Tonbridge. You’ll deliver consultancy, secretariat, and governance services to a diverse client portfolio.

We require exceptional communication and organisational skills and at least 5 years’ experience in pension scheme client services. You’ll lead meetings, maintain governance docs, and contribute to new business tenders.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in pension scheme management
• Client-focused relationship management experience
• Project management experience is a plus
• Understanding of pension governance requirements
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert consultancy, secretariat, and governance services to a diverse client portfolio
• Coordinate and manage Trustee and client meetings with agendas, reports, minutes and actions
• Maintain governance documentation and policies to support governance standards
• Lead and support projects with detailed project plans and timely delivery
• Produce high-quality reports and presentations for internal and client audiences
• Support onboarding of new clients and contribute to tenders and proposals
• Collaborate with consultancy teams to deliver exceptional client service
• Commit to continuous learning on pensions legislation and developments
