Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking an experienced third party Pensions Administrator for its Pension Systems Team. This fully remote role supports new client implementations and transformation projects, delivering high-quality pensions solutions.

You will collaborate with transition consultants, manage project progress with managers, and implement automated calculations using Gallagher’s Excel-based tools while staying current with pension legislation.

Qualifications

• Strong pensions knowledge including manual calculations, scheme rules and actuarial instructions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with transition consultants to deliver implementation services.
• Lead Transition Analyst on allocated implementation projects.
• Work with project managers to ensure timely progress.
• Create benefit specification summaries from scheme documentation.
• Configure automated calculations using Gallagher’s Excel-based systems.
• Develop and execute test packs to ensure automation accuracy.
• Provide working proformas for classes not in automated routines.
• Support data services in reviewing data loads and test system enhancements.
• Stay updated with pensions legislation and system functionality.
• Ensure all work is peer-reviewed and meets audit criteria.
