Aspire Recruitment is seeking a Pensions Tutor to support apprentices in the pensions sector. This is a predominantly remote role with quarterly travel to the Manchester office. The role offers a permanent full-time position with a salary up to £36,000 per annum.

You will manage a caseload, coach and mentor learners, and deliver engaging learning through virtual, digital and one-to-one sessions. Full training will be provided to enable you to develop learners toward apprenticeship standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years’ experience within the Pensions industry.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or training colleagues.
• Strong knowledge of pensions processes and industry practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate, engage and inspire learners.
• Strong organisational skills and workload management.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and online learning platforms.
• Experience with management information systems and maintaining accurate records.
• A proactive and professional approach with a passion for developing others.
• Due to the site you will be working at, you will be required to complete an online training.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a caseload of apprentices, supporting their progression and successful achievement of programme outcomes.
• Coaching and mentoring learners to develop their industry knowledge, skills and behaviours.
• Delivering engaging learning through a blend of virtual, digital and one-to-one support sessions.
• Creating and adapting learning materials to support apprentice development.
• Marking and providing constructive feedback on learner work.
• Monitoring learner progress against apprenticeship standards and key performance measures.
• Identifying and managing risks to learner achievement, implementing support plans where required.
• Maintaining accurate learner records and documentation.
• Supporting learners undertaking the Award in Pensions Essentials.
• Participating in quality assurance activities and continuous professional development.
