Job summary

Itchyfeet Recruitment Agency is assisting a client in Isle of Man to appoint a Pensions Administrator. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, focused on master trust and international group schemes, with involvement in personal pension administration and client liaison.

You will handle payments, investments, transfers, and bookkeeping while ensuring compliance and accurate service delivery to clients. Strong attention to detail and prior pension administration experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above.
• Experience in pension administration is essential.
• Exposure to financial services such as pensions or banking is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Experience communicating with clients and third parties.
• Familiarity with VT, CCH, Viewpoint and Laserfiche is beneficial; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Administer master trust pension schemes and international group schemes, plus personal pensions.
• Administer benefit payments, manage investments and facilitate transfers.
• Undertake bookkeeping for pension scheme assets.
• Oversee new client take-on and liaise with clients for accurate service delivery.
• Support department operations and adapt to business needs.
