Equiniti is recruiting for a Pension Administration telephony-based role in Liverpool City Centre. You will handle member enquiries, provide excellent customer service and work within a collaborative Enquiry Centre with support from experienced colleagues.
The role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication and attendance, with full training provided. Working hours cover 08:30–17:30, Monday to Friday, in a rotating pattern to support work-life balance.

Role Summary EQ are currently looking for ambitious and motivated people who will join our energetic telephony-based Pension Administration team within our EQ contact centres. Based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre, we are a well-established pension administrator with over 1.5 million customers across the UK. We pride ourselves on giving the very best service to all our customers and we’re now hiring. Full training will be provided, so you’ll be able to handle every call confidently and provide exceptional customer service. The role is not sales-related but you will have realistic key performance indicators to meet. Our working hours are on a rotational basis that cover the hours of 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday, which supports our commitment to a healthy work/life balance. You’ll be joining a highly engaged and dynamic organisation, which is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You will be part of a collaborative Enquiry Centre, with constant support from experienced colleagues.
