Job summary

Broadstone is recruiting Pensions Administrators to join its expanding team in Darlington. You will support the pensions administration function, handle member benefit calculations, and respond to stakeholder queries in a collaborative, high‑standard environment.

The role offers a friendly, inclusive culture with hybrid work options and a commitment to professional development, including PMI study support and exam leave.

Qualifications

  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
  • Experience carrying out a similar role with a third‑party administrator or in-house pension scheme.
  • Experience working with DB Pension Schemes.
  • Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Numeracy skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Solutions driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Studying towards or completed relevant professional qualifications is desirable.

Pensions Administrator – The role:

Your Skills & Experience
Pensions Administrator – You:
  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
  • Previous experience carrying out a similar role with a third-party administrator or in-house occupational pension scheme
  • Experience working with DB Pension Schemes
  • Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Numeracy skills and strong attention to detail
  • Solutions driven individuals with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Studying towards or completed relevant professional qualifications is desirable
