Job summary

Isio is offering an Industrial Placement in our Birmingham office for 13 months, starting in June 2027. You will join the pensions admin support team, handling member records, lifecycle processes and client reporting, while developing technical pensions knowledge and workplace skills.

You will train across day-to-day administration, reports and ad-hoc projects, with strong emphasis on learning, collaboration and client service from day one.

Qualifications

• Good levels of numeracy and literacy.
• Clear and consistent written and spoken communication.
• The ability to organise information, priorities and deadlines.
• The ability to work with numerical and financial information.
• An interest in pensions, business and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration services to a portfolio of pension scheme clients.
• Deliver reports and ad-hoc projects.
• Respond to member enquiries via email, phone and post.
• Collaborate with colleagues and mentors to share knowledge.
