• Experience with defined benefit schemes: leavers, retirements, transfers and increases.
• Thorough knowledge of pensions legislation and regulatory framework.

Responsibilities

• Manage service delivery for an assigned client portfolio in terms of quality, profit and sustainability.
• Oversee day-to-day client relationships with trustees and corporate clients.
• Lead internal projects such as renewals, benefit statements and scheme returns.
• Provide pensions consultancy advice and keep up-to-date with industry developments.
• Mentor and develop pensions administration team members and manage workloads to SLAs.
