XPS Group is recruiting a Senior Pensions Administrator in Perth. This role sits in a hybrid team responsible for administering complex pension schemes, including defined benefit and hybrid schemes.

You will support processes, ensure accurate records, and work with clients and third parties to maintain service excellence. Ideal candidates will have strong maths and English, a track record in pensions, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Experience with DB pension schemes and the pensions industry is essential.
• Ability to own and be accountable for tasks, with strong organisational skills.
• Competence in MS Office and administrative processes across pension schemes.

Responsibilities

• Train other team members and assist less experienced colleagues.
• Check and authorise work, meet deadlines and manage scheme benefits calculations.
• Maintain membership records and ensure accurate documentation.
